Solutions Architect – Healthcare

About the role

The Solutions Architect will champion the technical vision of Platform X, shaping a technology‑neutral architecture that spans Data, Intelligence, Operations and Experience layers for a large‑scale healthcare ecosystem in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously evolve Platform X architecture across all four layers.
• Lead technical evaluation of implementation partner RFPs, assessing capability, interoperability, scalability, security, regulatory compliance and total cost of ownership.
• Safeguard the unified data hierarchy, including Member Record, Member 360 and Health Passport principles.
• Act as the internal technical counterpart to the selected implementation partner, validating proposed solutions against business requirements.
• Define integration requirements with command‑centre and urgent‑care partners, handling NDA‑gated information where required.
• Translate business requirement documents and scenario libraries into implementable technical designs in collaboration with senior analysts.
• Support procurement and legal teams with technical due diligence, conflict‑of‑interest analysis and vendor evaluation.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 + years of enterprise solution architecture experience.
• At least 3 years designing or delivering large‑scale healthcare, insurance or premium concierge platforms.
• Strong familiarity with UAE healthcare data regulations (PDPL, DHA, DOH) and international data protection regimes.
• Proven experience conducting formal RFP technical evaluations for large technology projects.

Required skills

• Interoperability patterns and FHIR‑based clinical data standards.
• Healthcare cloud ecosystems: Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare / Azure Health Data Services, Google Cloud Healthcare, Salesforce Health Cloud.
• AI/ML‑driven decision support integrated with human‑in‑the‑loop workflows.
• Unified data models and enterprise healthcare data architecture.
• Knowledge of UAE specific regulations such as PDPL, DHA and DOH.
