Sommelier for Casea 101 Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Sommelier to lead the wine program at Casea 101, the signature restaurant of One&Only The Palm Resort in Dubai. You will work in a luxurious 5‑star environment, delivering exceptional wine experiences to high‑profile guests while supporting the overall F&B team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all wine revenue and inventory for Casea 101.
• Provide expert wine recommendations and pairings to guests.
• Train and mentor service staff on wine knowledge and service standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with wine suppliers and distributors.
• Curate and update the wine list to reflect seasonal menus and guest preferences.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sommelier experience in an upscale 5‑star hotel or resort.
• Proven ability to engage with high‑profile and diverse clientele.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Extensive wine knowledge and tasting expertise.
• Experience managing wine inventory and revenue.
• Ability to train staff and lead a service team.
