Spa Concierge – Luxury Hotel, Dubai

About the role

The Spa Concierge will be the first point of contact for guests visiting the two‑story spa and wellness sanctuary at Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai. You will ensure seamless booking, provide clear information about treatments, and deliver a premium guest experience in line with the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all spa treatment reservations using the hotel’s reservation system.
• Explain spa services, packages, and retail products to guests.
• Perform point‑of‑sale activities, including retail sales and processing payments.
• Check guests in and out efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
• Adhere to corporate policies, MOHG Code of Conduct, and local regulations.
• Support the Spa Manager in daily operations and guest satisfaction initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in a hospitality or spa front‑desk role.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Professional demeanor with a focus on integrity, respect, and teamwork.
• Commitment to continuous learning and sustainable practices.

Required skills

• Point‑of‑sale (POS) system operation.
• Good computer literacy for reservation and retail software.
