Spa Receptionist – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Spa Receptionist will manage spa software bookings, support the fitness reception, coordinate with other resort departments, and actively promote spa treatments and membership offers at the Four Seasons Resort Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with spa software bookings to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Cover fitness reception duties and ensure all necessary collaterals are available.
• Provide proactive communication and support to other resort departments and Four Seasons properties.
• Promote spa products, treatments, packages, membership offers, and current promotions.

Required profile

• Exceptional communication skills.
• Superior organizational abilities.
• Understanding of the spa and fitness environment.
• Knowledge of Russian or French languages is an advantage.
