Special Education Teacher (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team in Dubai. The role involves delivering high‑quality instruction to students with special needs, supporting their academic and personal development in line with our school’s mission. The teacher will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to tailor instructional strategies and ensure an inclusive learning environment. You will be accountable for delivering quality education that meets each student’s unique needs.

Key responsibilities

• Teach allocated special education classes and prepare lesson plans.
• Assess, monitor, record and report on student progress.
• Provide advice and guidance to students on educational matters.
• Promote and safeguard the wellbeing and safety of students.
• Collaborate with parents and staff to support student interests.
• Engage in continuous professional development.
• Contribute to curriculum development.
• Help maintain order and discipline in the classroom and school.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Special Needs Education. (Note: For non‑UAE nationals, a Master’s degree in any field of Psychology is required by the Community Development Authority.)
