Specialist Commissioning Engineer – HVAC (WHT's Subsea Cable & Piping)

About the role

KBR is seeking a Specialist Commissioning Engineer – HVAC to support the Offshore Well Head Tower/Platform project. The role will start in Abu Dhabi, transitioning to the fabrication yard and eventually to the offshore site on a rotating schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commissioning activities for HVAC systems on the Well Head Tower and subsea cable & piping installations.
• Coordinate with client and contractor teams to ensure seamless hand‑over from design to operation.
• Manage on‑site execution during 6‑week/3‑week rotations, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Support brownfield modification projects and provide technical input for FEED/EPC phases.

Required profile

• Minimum 17 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• At least 5 years of experience on ADNOC projects.
• Proven background on mega FEED/EPC projects (>$1 billion) and brownfield modifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
