Specialist – Contracts & Commercial (EPC / FEED / PMC)

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Specialist in Contracts & Commercial to lead contract administration across EPC, FEED and PMC projects. The role involves managing the full contract lifecycle, supporting tender processes, handling claims and variations, and providing commercial guidance to project teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and administer EPC, FEED, PMC and consultancy contracts, ensuring compliance with terms, deliverables and milestones.
• Lead pre‑award activities including tender preparation, bid evaluation, technical and commercial clarifications, and contract award recommendations.
• Oversee contract variations, change orders, claims and extensions of time, preparing responses and supporting dispute resolution.
• Provide commercial support during project execution, assisting with cost control, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on contractual and commercial matters, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 + years experience in contracts and commercial management within EPC/FEED/PMC environments.
• Proven client‑facing experience and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of contractual risks, negotiations and change management processes.
