Specialist Internal Medicine Physician (Tagalog Speaking)

About the role

HealthHub Clinic in Al Karama, Dubai is looking for an experienced Specialist Internal Medicine Physician who can communicate in Tagalog. The role is fully outpatient, focusing on long‑term patient relationships, chronic disease management and comprehensive specialist care for a diverse community, including a large Filipino population.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialist internal medicine consultations in a busy outpatient setting.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, including complex cases with co‑morbidities.
• Interpret laboratory and diagnostic investigations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design and oversee chronic disease management programmes and preventive health initiatives.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the HealthHub network to deliver integrated care.
• Participate in quality‑improvement activities and continuing medical education.

Required profile

• Licensed Specialist Internal Medicine Physician (DHA, DOH/HAAD or MOH).
• Minimum five years of specialist‑level experience, preferably in UAE outpatient clinics.
• Strong outpatient internal medicine background with ability to manage chronic diseases independently.
• Excellent communication and patient‑engagement skills; fluent in English and Tagalog.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a patient base within a community clinic environment.
