Specialist Nephrologist Immediate Hiring

About the role

Talentspoc is urgently seeking a Specialist Nephrologist to join its dynamic healthcare team in Dubai. The successful candidate will diagnose and treat a wide range of kidney diseases, providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnose renal disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for acute and chronic kidney diseases.
• Manage dialysis and other renal replacement therapies.
• Provide patient education on disease progression, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records and participate in clinical research.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Nephrology.
• Board certification or eligibility in Nephrology.
• Valid medical license to practice in the UAE.
• Minimum three years of experience in nephrology preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills with a patient‑centric approach.
