Specialist - Tendering and Bidding

About the role

The Specialist – Tendering and Bidding provides essential support to DP World’s business development team, ensuring proposals, market analysis and client interactions are managed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements and meeting preparation.
• Assist in developing proposals and presentations by gathering data, conducting research and creating compelling content.
• Maintain and update the CRM system, generate reports and analyse data for trends and opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Create and maintain sales collateral such as brochures, presentations and kits.
• Track proposal progress, follow up with clients and maintain accurate activity records.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance business development efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Experience supporting business development or sales functions.
• Ability to conduct research, analyse data and produce clear reports.
• Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and client interaction.
