Speech Therapist – Pediatric

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to join our pediatric team at Rehoboth Speech and Occupational Therapy Centre in Dubai Silicon Oasis. The role focuses on assessing and treating children with speech, language, and communication challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments for pediatric clients.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide one‑to‑one therapy sessions and monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including assessment and progress reports.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and occupational therapists.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or related field.
• DHA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for working with children.
