About the role

Housecall is urgently hiring experienced and compassionate staff nurses (DHA Licensed) to join a leading home healthcare provider in Dubai. The role involves delivering high‑quality patient care in a home setting, maintaining clinical standards, and supporting patients and families throughout their recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care to patients in a home care setting.
• Monitor patients’ health conditions and maintain accurate medical records.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans and recovery.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and infection control.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
• Provide compassionate support while promoting patient well‑being.

Required profile

• Nursing degree or diploma.
• DHA license or DHA eligibility letter (mandatory).
• Home care experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of patient care best practices, home healthcare procedures, and clinical documentation standards.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
