Staff Nurse – Nursing Services

About the role

The Staff Nurse will join Aster Clinics to deliver high‑quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team. This role involves coordinating with physicians, supporting patients and families emotionally, and ensuring safe clinical environments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families, fostering a harmonious environment.
• Maintain accurate patient medical histories and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer prescribed treatments and medications.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with protocols, regulations, and complete medical record documentation.
• Maintain a hygienic and safe working environment in line with healthcare procedures.
• Participate in medical emergencies and assist doctors during procedures.
• Prepare examination rooms, decontaminate equipment and instruments, and ready patients for examinations.
• Educate patients and families about diseases and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to sustain effective relationships.
• Attend educational workshops to enhance professional and technical knowledge.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification with appropriate licensing.
• Experience in hospital or clinical settings.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills for patient and family education.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
