Staff Nurse – Prometrics (DCAS)

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care and perform accurate patient assessments in diverse clinical settings.
• Administer medications and document all interventions using electronic health records (EHR).
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to develop individualized care plans aligned with UAE health regulations.
• Maintain strict infection‑control practices and adhere to Prometrics clinical competency standards.
• Participate in mandatory trainings, simulations, and performance evaluations required by DCAS licensing.
• Support orientation, mentor new nursing staff, and keep professional development and licensing records up to date.

Required profile

• Eligibility for a DCAS nursing license.
• Prometrics certification or ability to obtain it.
• Experience in UAE healthcare facilities is preferred.
• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation standards.
• Understanding of infection‑control protocols.
• Familiarity with patient safety guidelines.
