Staffing Account Manager – IT Recruitment

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Staffing Account Manager to lead our IT recruitment business in the UAE. In this player‑coach position you will manage existing client portfolios while actively hunting new opportunities, delivering tailored technology talent solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business growth strategy focused on revenue, profitability and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients in the IT sector.
• Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking and business intelligence.
• Conduct market analysis to uncover new opportunities and emerging talent trends.
• Generate new business by understanding client talent acquisition challenges and proposing tailored staffing solutions.
• Drive account growth by strategically farming existing clients and uncovering new business units.
• Lead meetings and presentations with clients to showcase staffing solutions.
• Prepare, negotiate and manage sales contracts in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, contracts and invoices using CRM systems.
• Provide post‑sales support to ensure seamless service delivery and high client retention.
• Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams to fulfil client requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment sales.
• Proven track record in both client farming and new business development.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills with senior decision‑makers.
• Ability to analyse market trends and translate them into business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
