Store Manager – International City, Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead our International City branch in Dubai. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, balancing sales targets with excellent customer service and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations from opening to closing, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Drive sales performance by monitoring targets, analysing trends and adjusting tactics.
• Lead, coach and schedule the team to maintain high motivation and productivity.
• Maintain tight inventory control, coordinate replenishment and minimise shrinkage.
• Handle customer escalations professionally, turning issues into loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards and local regulations.
• Report performance metrics and collaborate with regional management on goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail management, having run a store or department.
• Strong leadership instincts with the ability to motivate and give constructive feedback.
• Solid understanding of sales analysis, inventory systems and basic P&L principles.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work with a multicultural team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak periods.
