About the role
Al Tayer Insignia, part of the Al Tayer Group, has been delivering luxury retail experiences for over 40 years across the GCC. The company is looking for a Store Manager to lead the SKIMS boutique at Mirdiff City Centre in Dubai. The role will be responsible for daily store operations, team leadership and driving the brand’s performance in a high‑end retail environment. You will join a diverse, customer‑obsessed team that celebrates creativity, values individuality and empowers growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop the store team to achieve high revenue targets.
- Maintain the SKIMS brand image and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Deliver excellent customer satisfaction through high‑quality service.
- Oversee store performance, visual merchandising and inventory control.
