Storekeeper – Abu Dhabi Grand Canal

About the role

The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal is seeking a diligent Storekeeper to manage merchandise flow, maintain inventory accuracy, and support daily operations across all hotel departments.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, stage, and label merchandise by department.
• Stack items on pallets or carts and deliver them to the appropriate locations.
• Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors of low inventory.
• Store perishables correctly, rotate stock, and inspect deliveries for freshness and quality.
• Reject damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.
• Follow food‑safety and handling procedures in all food‑related areas.
• Clean and sanitize refrigerators, freezers, floors, equipment, and drains.
• Remove empty pallets, cardboard, and trash to designated storage areas.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions and complete required safety training.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain a professional appearance, and protect confidential information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
