Stores Officer (Manufacturing)

About the role

The Stores Officer will manage raw material and inventory operations for a manufacturing environment in Fujairah. The role ensures smooth receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials while supporting production requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage store operations, including receipt, proper storage, issue of raw material, spares, consumables and dispatch of finished goods.
• Handle scrap management and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor stock control systems, maintain minimum‑maximum levels, and verify quantity and quality of inward/outward movements.
• Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN) in coordination with indent issuing and approving authorities.
• Update indents, issue slips, delivery orders and related documentation.
• Prepare and physically verify MIS reports on stock of finished goods, raw material, consumables on daily, weekly and monthly bases.
• Ensure proper material handling, labeling, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Production, Accounts, Purchase and Quality departments.
• Maintain housekeeping and adhere to ISO procedures.

Required profile

• Any graduate.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of quantity and quality verification for material movements.
• Familiarity with stock control systems and ISO procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal departments.
