About the role

Abu Dhabi University is looking for a dynamic Student Recruitment Assistant to support its Admissions, Enrollment & IRO department. This full‑time, onsite position will help the Associate Director for Admissions and Recruitment develop and execute strategies that attract prospective students.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and promote recruitment events, both on‑campus and off‑site.
  • Manage communications with prospective applicants, responding to inquiries in Arabic and English.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and applicant data.
  • Assist in preparing promotional materials and presentations for outreach initiatives.
  • Support the admissions team with scheduling interviews and processing applications.

Required profile

  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced university environment.
  • Minimum of one month of relevant experience or internship.

Required skills

  • Bilingual communication (Arabic & English).
