Style Advisor – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Style Advisor at Zegna’s The Grove store in Abu Dhabi creates a memorable luxury shopping experience. Acting as a brand ambassador, the advisor engages customers with the heritage of Zegna and showcases the collections with passion and enthusiasm.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and provide after‑sale service.
• Deliver a luxury in‑store experience following the Zegna selling flow and mindset.
• Develop deep knowledge of Zegna collections to advise on styling and total looks.
• Contribute to the store’s visual and image standards.
• Maximize sales through retail operational excellence.
• Promote Zegna Made‑to‑Measure service where appropriate.
• Utilise iPad/iPod technology to offer an integrated luxury experience.
• Collect accurate customer data in line with Zegna CRM procedures.
• Network to attract new customers and expand the client database.

Required profile

• At least 48 months (4 years) of experience in luxury retail or fashion.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work full‑time in an on‑site retail environment.
• Comfortable using digital devices to enhance the sales process.
