About the role

As a Stylist Room Attendant at W Hotels in Dubai, you will be part of the Guest Environment Expert team that creates memorable experiences for guests through immaculate rooms and public areas. This full‑time position involves a hands‑on approach to maintaining the hotel’s appearance while delivering personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring beds are made, linens are fresh, and amenities are stocked.
• Maintain public spaces, corridors, and service areas to the highest cleanliness standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering items and fulfilling service needs.
• Stock housekeeping carts and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.

• Ability to stand, walk, and remain on feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to handle manual tasks and lift moderate weights.
