Stylist Team Leader

About the role

The Stylist Team Leader will manage the daily activities of the stylists team, ensuring cost‑effective operations, accurate inventory control, strict adherence to procedures, and effective people management. This role combines administrative oversight with hands‑on leadership to maintain a high‑quality on‑camera appearance for the dealer.

Key responsibilities

• Control stock levels and oversee timely re‑stocking.
• Ensure strict adherence to established procedures.
• Manage and report on daily team activities, including attendance, scheduling and holiday planning.
• Handle disciplinary documentation and enforce compliance.
• Train and onboard new team members.
• Evaluate and report on procedure compliance.
• Draft new procedures and submit them for approval.
• Propose and implement changes to existing procedures.
• Organise and participate in appearance workshops.
• Analyse stock movements to identify patterns and red flags.
• Conduct research and testing projects to improve on‑camera appearance consistency.
• Contribute to special‑event table‑decoration planning and execution.
• Prepare periodic reports on team activity, stock movements and purchases.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional with at least minimal experience in a related field.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Capability to lead a small team and manage administrative tasks.
• Able to analyse data and identify improvement opportunities.
