Supervisor Commissioning – Process & Utility (Offshore, WHT & Subsea Piping)

About the role

Penspen is urgently seeking a Supervisor Commissioning (Process & Utility) for offshore oil & gas facilities in Abu Dhabi. The role will lead commissioning activities on Wellhead Towers, offshore platforms, subsea pipelines and brownfield modification projects, ensuring safe hand‑over to operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate process and utility commissioning activities for offshore facilities, including Wellhead Towers, jackets, topsides and subsea pipeline developments.
• Direct commissioning technicians, operators, vendors and contractors during start‑up, leak testing, dewatering, pigging and line commissioning.
• Monitor progress, report status to the Commissioning Lead, and ensure compliance with approved procedures, HSE standards and project schedules.
• Review commissioning check sheets, test records and documentation, and support client witnessing and acceptance testing.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in offshore commissioning and start‑up, preferably in a PMC/EPC environment.
• Previous experience on ADNOC offshore projects is an advantage.
