Supply Chain Coordinator – Regional Markets

About the role

The Body Shop is seeking a Regional Supply Chain Coordinator based in Dubai to support multiple markets across the region. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless order delivery and high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own assigned markets, managing customer inquiries and order fulfillment end‑to‑end.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Commercial and Logistics teams to align supply chain activities with market needs.
• Monitor daily operations, track orders, and resolve delivery issues promptly.
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders to improve regional supply chain performance.

Required profile

• Organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience in supply chain or logistics coordination, preferably in retail or FMCG.
• Customer‑facing mindset with strong communication abilities.
• Experience working across multiple markets or geographies is an advantage.
• Familiarity with demand planning, order management or logistics processes.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model.
