Supply Teacher (2026-2027) – Flexible Short-Term Assignments

About the role

We are looking for qualified teachers to join our supply pool for the academic year 2026‑2027. The role offers short‑term assignments across a range of Taaleem schools in Dubai, allowing you to work in diverse classroom environments while maintaining flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that align with each school’s curriculum and teaching standards.
• Create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment that supports student wellbeing and achievement.
• Monitor, assess and report on student progress in accordance with school assessment policies.
• Carry out homeroom duties, including attendance taking, pastoral care and safeguarding responsibilities.
• Build professional relationships with students, parents, colleagues and the wider school community.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions and school events.
• Adhere to Taaleem, KHDA/ADEK and UAE regulatory requirements, including health‑safety and data protection.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience in recognised or international school settings is preferred.
• Strong classroom management abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Valid UAE visa and current residence in the UAE.
