Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are a luxury niche perfume Maison with a growing international footprint in Dubai, Paris, London, New York and Hong Kong. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to shape and execute a distinctive recruitment strategy that aligns with our premium brand, business ambitions, and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Define and continuously enhance the Group’s talent acquisition strategy, aligning hiring priorities with growth plans.
• Partner with leaders across all locations to anticipate talent needs and support workforce planning.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for all functions and seniority levels, managing role briefings, sourcing, assessments, offers and closures.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies, build robust talent pipelines, and conduct market mapping in competitive international markets.
• Deliver a high‑touch, seamless candidate experience that reflects the standards of a premium Maison.
• Strengthen employer branding initiatives to increase visibility and attractiveness.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and act as a strategic advisor on recruitment decisions.
• Manage external search partners and vendors, ensuring quality and relevance of talent.
• Oversee recruitment budget, monitor channel effectiveness, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including stakeholder management.
• Proven success managing full‑cycle recruitment across corporate, commercial and retail functions.
• Strong ability to partner with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions.
