About the role

Amali Properties is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end hiring for ultra‑high‑net‑worth individual (UHNI) and private office positions. The role focuses on sourcing personal staff, executive support, lifestyle management, and other high‑discretion roles for a luxury real‑estate portfolio across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle for UHNI and private office roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with senior leadership and UHNI stakeholders to translate bespoke hiring needs into effective talent strategies.
• Develop and maintain a strong agency ecosystem and personal network to source hard‑to‑find talent.
• Conduct proactive headhunting, talent mapping, and relationship‑driven sourcing for niche positions.
• Design tailored assessment approaches that evaluate cultural fit, trust, and adaptability.
• Maintain a high‑quality talent pipeline and track hiring metrics while ensuring confidentiality and speed.

Required profile

• 6–9 years of recruitment experience, specifically in UHNI, private office, or senior leadership hiring.
• Proven track record working with top‑tier recruitment agencies or managing agency‑driven hiring models.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leadership and UHNI clients.
• High levels of discretion, emotional intelligence, and sound judgment.
