Talent Acquisition Specialist – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for our Abu Dhabi operations. You will partner with hiring managers across diverse functions to attract, assess and secure top talent that aligns with our growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation for the Abu Dhabi region.
• Develop and execute talent‑acquisition strategies using headhunting, social media, referrals and professional networks.
• Conduct structured, competency‑based and behavioral interviews and manage reference checks.
• Collaborate closely with the HR team and business leaders to ensure hiring decisions meet company policies and cultural fit.
• Support HR administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition professional.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.

Required skills

• Experience sourcing technically hard‑skill candidates.
• Competence in conducting various interview formats.
