Talent Acquisition Specialist – Dubai

About the role

Otis is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its Dubai operations. The role will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source high‑quality candidates and ensure a smooth selection process.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
• Source candidates through social platforms, professional networks and job boards.
• Manage the interview workflow, including screening calls, assessments and in‑person interviews.
• Maintain candidate data and progress in the Workday Applicant Tracking System.
• Organise and represent Otis at job fairs and recruitment events.
• Produce analytical recruiting reports and dashboards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, building strong relationships throughout the process.
• Prepare and issue offer letters for successful hires.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Proven ability to work with diverse roles across an organization.

Required skills

• Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
