Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT & Sales)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join TradeQuo in Dubai, focusing on recruiting for IT and sales positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates while collaborating closely with internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with internal departments to determine recruitment needs and define hiring profiles.
• Develop selection criteria, job requirements, and hiring forecasts.
• Source candidates through career portals, job boards, social platforms, and traditional media.
• Manage the hiring process using applicant tracking systems.
• Screen applications, conduct assessments, and interview candidates via phone, video, or in‑person.
• Compile interview questions and maintain documentation of recruitment processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and past applicants.
• Stay informed of industry trends and adapt hiring strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar recruiting role.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems such as Oracle Taleo and iCIMS Recruit.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and develop hiring strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience promoting employer brand and building professional candidate relationships.
