Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Magna Financial is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its growing Talent team in Business Bay, Dubai. This newly created position works closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to support hiring across multiple departments and international markets, covering the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of roles and markets.
• Source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and proactive outreach.
• Build talent pipelines through Boolean searches, market mapping and talent research.
• Conduct initial screenings and manage candidates throughout the process.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback and ensure a strong candidate experience.
• Assist in developing recruitment processes, systems and best practices.
• Help create sourcing strategies, recruitment reporting and future talent pipelines.
• Support interview training and recruitment initiatives across the business.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an internal Talent Acquisition or agency recruitment role.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities, preferably with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly proactive, organised and able to manage multiple vacancies.
• Strong attention to detail and genuine interest in recruitment.
• Willingness to learn, develop and take ownership.
• Experience recruiting within financial services, sales or professional services is advantageous.
