Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Damac Group is expanding its Talent Acquisition team to support group‑level leadership hiring. The role is based in Dubai and offers the opportunity to shape the company’s talent pipeline across multiple business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using job portals, referrals, career fairs, and university relationships.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, negotiate offers, and coordinate onboarding activities.
• Promote Damac’s employer brand within the talent market.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6–8 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management and interviewing capabilities.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment platforms.
