Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment of high‑performing real‑estate agents and sales professionals in Dubai. The role requires deep knowledge of the local property market, an extensive industry network, and the ability to attract and assess top sales talent in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for Real Estate Agents and Sales Professionals.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified real‑estate talent.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, industry networks and other channels.
• Conduct initial interviews, assess suitability and coordinate further interviews with hiring managers.
• Achieve recruitment KPIs, meeting hiring targets and timelines.
• Design and implement effective talent sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring reports to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in real‑estate recruitment or talent acquisition in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real‑estate market and its talent landscape.
• Established network of real‑estate agents and sales professionals (highly preferred).
• Track record of meeting recruitment targets and hiring sales professionals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills; fluent in English (additional language a plus).
