Tax Technology & Transformation Senior – GCC

About the role

EY's Tax Technology & Transformation (TTT) team is seeking a senior professional to help organisations modernise their tax and finance functions through technology, data analytics and AI‑enabled solutions. You will work closely with tax, finance and technology stakeholders across the GCC region.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for tax transformation projects.
• Prepare, validate and reconcile large data sets.
• Develop analytics, reporting and visualisation solutions.
• Support implementation, testing (SIT/UAT) and defect management.
• Assist clients in adopting eInvoicing, digital tax reporting and AI‑enabled tools.
• Lead workstreams, manage deliverables and mentor junior team members where required.
• Participate in client workshops and solution‑design discussions.

Required profile

• Analytical, detail‑oriented and collaborative mindset.
• Experience in tax technology, tax transformation, finance transformation or related consulting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Interest in emerging tax technologies, AI and digital tax solutions.
