Team Leader – Change Management

About the role

Lead and execute change management activities for strategic transformation programs and organizational initiatives, ensuring employees, leaders and stakeholders are prepared, engaged and equipped to adopt new processes, systems and ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Manage resistance to change across diverse stakeholder groups and align multiple business units around a common transformation agenda.
• Balance change activities across several concurrent initiatives, sustain adoption and behavioural change after project go‑live, and communicate effectively in complex, evolving environments.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including communication and engagement activities aligned with project milestones.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders and employees.
• Effective communication and change storytelling.

Required skills

• Change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR).
• Data‑driven monitoring of adoption, readiness and business outcomes.
