Team Leader – Energy & Process (Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities)

About the role

The Team Leader will oversee inspection activities for energy and process projects, including oil & gas, process industry, and power & utilities. Reporting to the Project Manager, the role coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Project Coordinator and all Technical Personnel Inspectors (TPIs).
• Conduct internal audits at least once every six months and manage non‑conformities.
• Review and endorse site inspection reports before forwarding to the client.
• Issue weekly and monthly progress reports to the client and monitor inspector performance.
• Participate in weekly quality meetings, pre‑inspection online sessions, and client‑focused ITP planning.

Required profile

• Mechanical Engineering graduate (or 3‑year engineering diploma) with ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
• Minimum 10 years (graduate) or 15 years (diploma) site experience in oil & gas projects, including at least two similar projects.
• Preferably one project as Team Leader for ADNOC and a total of three projects as Team Leader.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.
