Team Leader – Food & Beverage Service

About the role

Jumeirah Al Naseem is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee the Food & Beverage service team. You will ensure daily operations run smoothly, maintain high service standards, and contribute to memorable guest experiences in a luxury 5‑star environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B service operations and guide the team to meet departmental goals.
• Lead pre‑shift briefings, communicating updates and directives from management.
• Delegate tasks, motivate staff, and ensure consistent, high‑quality guest service.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate reports, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with service standards.
• Provide expert guidance on food, beverage, and destination dining themes.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star luxury property or branded restaurant.
• Proficiency in English; additional language such as Russian or other European languages is desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage guest complaints.
