About the role
Atlantis The Palm Dubai is looking for a proactive Team Leader to oversee its Housekeeping department. You will guide a team of attendants, ensure rooms and corridors meet the resort’s high standards, and keep procedures aligned with health and safety policies.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, direct and assist housekeeping attendants in guest rooms and corridors.
- Monitor and update housekeeping procedures to comply with health and safety policies.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the property.
- Coordinate staff to deliver prompt, courteous service and ensure operational standards are met.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management (preferred).
- Previous experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hotel.
- Computer literate with strong customer focus.
- Administrative abilities and proven leadership capabilities.
