Team Leader – Injaz RBG DBC PL Fulfillment (Retail Banking)

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for delivery by the team of sales leads targets and ensuring unqualified leads stay below 3%.
• Hold short‑term workshops to set goals, game plans, identify dominant buying motives and build value propositions.
• Liaise with Sales Approach Development Manager & CKBM for calling programs and maintain adequate lead lists.
• Schedule projects to generate sales leads, plan capacity and enable consistent sales conversion.
• Generate competitive knowledge, create benchmark standards and measure cost efficiency of telesales.
• Plan and recommend technology support to increase automation, streamline processes and improve agent productivity.
• Design performance metrics, conduct call monitoring, coaching and feedback for telesales agents.
• Develop quizzes to evaluate product knowledge and provide coaching based on results.
• Select, recruit, train, certify and deploy telesales agents; design scripts for effective product presentation.
• Ensure smooth operations by maintaining adequate lists, sufficient staff and proper job assignments.
• Make decisions on telesales strategy, processes, training requirements, work shifts, break scheduling and leave applications.
• Conduct performance appraisals and MBO reviews, adjust lead generation quotas for employee availability.
