About the role

The Full‑Time Key Holder drives business performance through strong leadership while delivering a differentiated customer experience in a high‑traffic retail environment. The role includes overseeing opening and closing routines, managing operational tasks, and keeping the customer at the centre of all activities.

Key responsibilities

Training and developing associate teams
Ensuring exceptional customer experience
Communicating store goals and updates
Maintaining store presentation and supervising the sales floor
Implementing asset protection policies and ensuring procedural adherence

Required profile

Assertive leadership style
Analytical decision‑making
Trustworthy and reliable
