About the role
The Production Team Leader will oversee finishing operators and support staff in a high‑performance printing environment. You will ensure product quality, manage scheduling, and coordinate maintenance to keep production lines running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and guide operators, providing clear instructions and hands‑on support.
- Identify skill gaps, arrange training and monitor performance to meet quality and productivity standards.
- Schedule jobs, approve final finished products before bulk runs, and manage job‑scheduling processes.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance with the maintenance team for sheet‑fed, perfecting and web machines.
- Track machine health, document maintenance activities and intervene when output deviates from standards.
Required profile
- Diploma or BE in Printing Technology.
- Strong experience and knowledge in printing and packaging operations.

- Printing technology expertise.
