Team Leader – Restaurant Operations

About the role

The Team Leader will support the Restaurant Assistant Manager in delivering high‑quality food and beverage service at The Meydan Hotel’s flagship outlet. This role ensures that service standards, hygiene, and revenue targets are consistently met while providing hands‑on guidance to the team.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all colleagues follow brand quality standards and SOPs.
• Conduct briefings, meetings and training sessions as directed by management.
• Maintain consistency and quality of table and counter service for all menu items.
• Act as the link between kitchen and service areas to guarantee smooth operations.
• Monitor compliance with food hygiene regulations and take corrective action when needed.
• Promote up‑selling techniques to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
• Provide specialist advice on food and beverage selections to guests and staff.
• Assume operational responsibility in the absence of the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager.
