Technology Director – Digital Transformation Leader

About the role

The Technology Director will lead strategic digital transformation initiatives for large‑scale enterprise clients across Dubai and the Northern Emirates. Reporting to the General Manager, you will shape technology roadmaps, drive adoption of next‑generation platforms, and ensure delivery of secure, scalable solutions that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the Technology division’s vision, aligning with corporate strategy and client transformation goals.
• Translate market trends and client needs into actionable service offerings and innovative solutions.
• Oversee discovery, assessment, design, and governance of hybrid cloud, AI, automation, cybersecurity, and networking architectures.
• Ensure seamless handover of won opportunities to delivery teams for successful implementation.
• Promote adoption of Tier‑1 platforms from IBM, Cisco, VMware, Red Hat, Oracle and leading cybersecurity vendors.
• Champion digital transformation programs, establishing operating models that accelerate time‑to‑value and improve ROI.
• Lead, mentor, and develop cross‑functional teams of architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Build and maintain executive stakeholder and partner relationships.

• Proven experience leading senior technical teams and delivering large‑scale enterprise technology projects.
• Strong strategic foresight with a track record of driving digital transformation and innovation.
• Demonstrated ability to create an inclusive, high‑performance culture and develop future leaders.
