Technology Manager (Licensed Entities)

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Technology Manager to lead technology operations, risk management, and regulatory readiness for its licensed entities in the UAE. You will collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and compliance teams to ensure that our platforms meet local regulatory standards while staying aligned with global group policies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate UAE infrastructure and network workstreams, including cloud environments, network connectivity, access patterns, resiliency, and operational readiness.
• Support the Head of Technology in driving the local data localisation programme.
• Partner with Group DevOps, Network, and product engineering teams to translate UAE requirements into actionable technology tasks.
• Run operational governance processes such as incident management, problem management, change/release controls, service reviews, SLA tracking, and post‑incident actions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with technology control requirements and manage technology risk for infrastructure controls, including evidence collection, control tracking, and remediation follow‑ups.
• Provide technology‑related updates to stakeholders, highlighting risks, required decisions, and timelines.
• Identify technology dependencies, assess impact and risks, and escalate issues to internal stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement after launch, including recurring service reviews and removal of cross‑region dependencies that create risk.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in technology risk, operational resilience, IT project delivery, IT governance, or technology architecture within financial services.
• Proven ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and manage regulatory compliance in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on risk identification, mitigation, and continuous improvement.
