Technology Operations Specialist

About the role

Metabolic is seeking a Technology Operations Specialist to join its Dubai team full‑time. Reporting to the Head of Product and Technology, you will own the day‑to‑day operation of the clinic’s cloud, EMR, integrations and hardware, ensuring a seamless digital patient experience across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor AWS cloud infrastructure, control costs and enforce access policies.
• Provision users, troubleshoot, and support the EMR and staff portal, especially during new branch roll‑outs.
• Maintain operational health of third‑party tools such as Zoho CRM, Ziwo telephony and other communication platforms.
• Lead API integrations with clinical hardware (body composition, BMI machines) and resolve integration issues promptly.
• Handle database administration tasks and support remote UK branch operations, including occasional travel.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of hands‑on experience in IT operations, cloud services and system integrations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset for fast‑paced clinical environments.

Required skills

• AWS (primary cloud platform).
• GCP (experience considered a plus).
• API integration and hardware interfacing.
• Database management.
• Familiarity with Zoho and Ziwo tools.
