Tele Sales Executive (Hindi Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a confident, target‑driven Tele Sales Executive who speaks Hindi fluently. The role involves high‑volume outbound calling, engaging prospects, and converting leads into sales for our Dubai‑based operations.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
• Deliver persuasive pitches, handle objections, and close sales.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Convert inquiries and warm leads into successful sales.
• Assist clients with account opening and first deposit.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Build rapport with customers using a professional and energetic communication style.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• Fluent Hindi speaker.
• 1–2 years of experience in tele sales, call centre, BPO, customer service, or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Target‑oriented with a customer‑focused approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced sales environment.
