Tele Sales Specialist (Hindi Speakers)

About the role

We are looking for confident, target‑driven Tele Sales Specialists who are fluent in Hindi to join our UAE team. You will handle high‑volume outbound calls, engage prospects, and convert leads into successful sales while delivering a professional and energetic customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
• Persuade and influence clients through strong pitch delivery and objection handling.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Convert inquiries and warm leads into successful sales.
• Assist clients with account opening and first deposit.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Build rapport with customers using a professional and energetic communication style.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• Fluent Hindi speaker.
• 1–2 years of experience in tele‑sales, call centre, BPO, customer service, or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Target‑oriented with a customer‑focused approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced sales environment.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system to record interactions.
