About the role
We are looking for a confident, target‑driven Tele Sales Specialist who speaks Hindi fluently to join our fast‑growing sales team in the UAE. You will handle high‑volume outbound calls, engage prospective customers, and turn leads into successful sales.
Key responsibilities
- Make high‑volume outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Deliver persuasive pitches, handle objections and close sales.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Assist clients with account opening and first deposit.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Build rapport using a professional and energetic communication style.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Required profile
- Fluent Hindi speaker.
- 1–2 years of experience in tele‑sales, call centre, BPO, customer service or sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Target‑oriented with a customer‑focused approach.
Required skills
- CRM usage for tracking customer interactions.
