Tele Sales Specialist (Hindi) – UAE

About the role

We are looking for confident, target‑driven Tele Sales Specialists who are fluent in Hindi to join our fast‑paced sales team in the UAE. You will handle high‑volume outbound calls, engage prospects, and turn leads into successful sales while delivering a professional and energetic customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
• Deliver persuasive pitches, handle objections, and close sales.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Convert inquiries and warm leads into successful sales.
• Assist clients with account opening and first deposit.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Build rapport with customers using a professional communication style.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• Fluent Hindi speaker.
• 1–2 years of experience in tele sales, call centre, BPO, customer service, or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Target‑oriented with a customer‑focused approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced sales environment.
